The creation opens with a graceful citrusy bouquet heralded by the frothy notes of Calabrian bergamot, before sliding reassuringly into the sweetness of red fruits, such as red currant, of apple and of opulent pineapple. After this sinuous, subtle overture, we are bowled over by an explosion of precious woody notes, including several rare varieties, like Red Patchouli and Cedar of Lebanon balanced by ultra-delicate birch and tonka bean. The whole is embraced by jasmine and benzoin and contrasting artemisia.
